Learned Unit Hydrograph Routing in an End-to-End Trainable, Distributed, Deep Learning Hydrologic Model

In large basins and ones with heterogeneous terrain, a distributed model that breaks the basin into subunits is key to producing accurate hourly streamflow forecasts during peaks and routing them through the basin.
