Upstream Tech will be working with the Iowa Soybean Association (ISA) and eleven partnering organizations through a Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP) award from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (USDA-NRCS).
Upstream Tech will be working with the Iowa Soybean Association (ISA) and eleven partnering organizations through a Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP) award from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (USDA-NRCS). This five-year program will deploy incentives to farmers in the North Raccoon River Watershed to support conservation practices such as cover cropping, reduced or no-till management, and wetland restoration. These practices are expected to significantly improve water quality outcomes in the North Raccoon River Watershed.
Upstream Tech is excited to build on our partnership with ISA by supporting this collaboration with outcomes monitoring through Lens, using satellite data and machine learning to assist in tracking and aggregating program outcomes.
