In this example, we're looking at a property in Tennessee that was afflicted by quite a bit of river flooding. We can use Lens to answer questions like: has this type of flooding happened here before, and if so, how often? If we select the flooded area with the Analyze Area tool, we can see Sentinel-2 sensing data back to 2015 that reveals a seasonal pattern. This example shows clear spike events in the past that align with flood events similar to the one we started with, and we can begin to identify trends and patterns over time.
