Alison O'Neill

Customer Success Manager, Lens

Alison supports customers throughout their experience with Lens, making sure that they are getting the most that they can out of the tool. She began her career as a teacher, and before joining Upstream Tech, worked as a Customer Success Manager at a marketing technology company. Alison holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from Brown University and a BA in Environmental Studies from Bates College. Outside of work she enjoys hiking with her dogs, doing puzzles, and backyard birding.
