Clay uses his background in conservation and ecosystem restoration to build new partnerships for Lens. Before joining the Upstream team, Clay worked for The Nature Conservancy serving as the River Conservation Manager in Arkansas. Clay holds a M.S. in Forest Resources and Environmental Conservation and a B.S. in Environmental Resource Management, both from Virginia Tech. Clay is based in Little Rock, Arkansas and can often be found riding his bike or hiking on nearby public lands.
