Tushar is an engineer on Upstream Tech's HydroForecast team. Previously, he has modeled climate impacts on glaciers at the Geophysical Institute in Alaska, tracked water policy and regulations for King County's Department of Natural Resources, helped city governments build solar energy projects with RMI, and campaigned against a tar sands pipeline. He holds an interdisciplinary engineering degree in climate and data science from the University of Washington.
